1. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring or using our cleaning services, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Americas Cleaning Company provides cleaning services as agreed upon in writing or electronically with the Client. Services may include, but are not limited to: residential cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
The description of services, pricing, frequency, and schedule will be outlined in the official quote or service agreement accepted by the Client.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments
The Company will provide the Client with a written or electronic quote describing the services, rates, and payment terms.
Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon completion of the service or according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Prices may vary depending on the condition or size of the property.
Late payments may be subject to fees or suspension of future services.
Any unpaid balances may result in collection efforts or legal action.
4. Access to Property
The Client must ensure that our cleaning team has safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed date and time. The Client should notify us in advance of any special access instructions, parking limitations, or security codes.
If the cleaning team cannot access the property due to locked doors, safety issues, or other reasons outside our control, a “no-access” fee may apply.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The Client must notify Americas Cleaning Company at least 48 to 72 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to up to 50% of the service cost.
If the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property (for reasons such as the Client not being present, lack of keys, or unsafe conditions), a full-service charge may apply.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service.
6. Liability and Limitations
The Company will perform all services professionally and with reasonable care.
However, the Company does not guarantee specific results (such as complete stain removal, restoration of worn surfaces, or permanent odor elimination).
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damages or defects in the property;
Normal wear and tear;
Damage resulting from improper materials, surfaces, or hidden defects.
The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
7. Insurance and Compliance
Americas Cleaning Company is a registered business in the State of Texas and complies with applicable state and local regulations.
Although Texas does not require a general state license for cleaning services, we comply with all relevant safety, tax, and business registration laws.
The Company maintains liability insurance coverage appropriate for cleaning services. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.
8. Client’s Responsibilities
The Client must disclose any known hazards, fragile items, or special instructions regarding the property.
The Client should ensure that valuable items are safely stored prior to service.
Pets must be secured during service hours.
The Client agrees to maintain a safe working environment for our team members.
9. Cleaning Products and Equipment
The Company will use cleaning products that are safe and suitable for general surfaces.
If the Client requests specific products or provides their own, the Company will not be responsible for damages caused by those products.
The Client must notify the Company if there are any allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions regarding cleaning products or materials.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company respects your privacy and will protect your personal information according to applicable laws.
Any photos taken before or after a service (for quality assurance or insurance purposes) will not include personal data or identifiable details without your consent.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and branding provided by Americas Cleaning Company — including our logo, website content, service descriptions, and documentation — are owned by the Company and protected by copyright laws. No reproduction or unauthorized use is allowed without written consent.
12. Independent Contractor Relationship
The relationship between the Company and the Client is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the parties.
13. Modifications to Terms
Americas Cleaning Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or written notice to the Client. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of the county where Americas Cleaning Company is headquartered, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
16. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By signing a service agreement, accepting a quote, or using our services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
